About
Bob Dylan, explored
11 eras, 39 studio albums, 538 songs and 165 connections between them, written by hand and checked so that nothing points nowhere.
What this site does not include
Song lyrics. They are under copyright, so each song links to its official page on bobdylan.com and says in our own words what the song is about and how it unfolds, in a sentence and then a short summary. Nothing on the site quotes the lyrics.
Sources
Album covers are loaded from the Cover Art Archive; album ids and track lists come from MusicBrainz. Players are Spotify's and YouTube's, embedded on each song page; some clips of moments were posted by others than Bob Dylan's official channel, and `npm run check:clips` finds any taken down.
